Want a free book?
I just reviewed Alan Corey's A Million Bucks by 30; and I loved it! However, I'm trying to keep my personal belongings to a minimum (for the move), so I thought I would give away my copy.
If you're interested in winning a free copy of A Million Bucks by 30: How to Overcome a Crap Job, Stingy Parents, and a Useless Degree to Become a Millionaire Before (or After) Turning Thirty, here are the rules:
- Create a post on your blog about your most frugal habit
- Link your post back to this post.
- Leave me a comment with a link to the post.
- I will pick a winner on Friday, June 30th
- UPDATE: There was an out cry from my readers that don't have blogs (I didn't even realize I had readers). If you don't have a blog, please post a comment to this post about your most frugal habit and I'll consider that your entry.

What about those of us, namely myself, that do not have personal blogs? I'd like t o be considered for the free book give away.
Bummer, I also do not have a blog and wont be creating one anytime soon.
Hi, I also do not have a blog but if you enter commentors, I love free books also and this sounds pretty interesting (even though I am well past 30 (40). Thanks, G. Evans
I do not buy what I want (big purchases) without looking out for a deal!
My most frugal habit is scouring sale flyers for the best deals on items I regularly buy and clipping/printing out coupons! It really helps me save $.
My frugal habit is cooking from scratch. I've baked my own breads, made my own jam and countless other foods you can buy prepared but I make an effort to plan ahead and make.
This probably doesn't qualify as a frugal habit per se, but my wife and I made a decision to add a new level of frugality to our lifestyle by selling our second car. The link to my blog post is below, though I have to admit that I didn't explicitly write it in response to your entry.

Also, both my wife and I are already hovering right around the 30-year mark, so we'd definitely fall into the "(or After) Turning Thirty" camp. Hopefully that is not a deal breaker.
I'm abut to review his book too. I can't wait if YOU loved it ! :D
I ride my bike (A LOT - 44 miles today!) but i would have to say that my most frugal habit is packing a lunch for DH and I.
My most frugal habit is buying up those Chick-fil-A calendars ($5 piece) and they have coupons in them worth over $30. You can eat like a king, they have healthy options too as well as their hand-spun milkshakes!
I frequently use little notepads to write myself reminders and notes throughout the day, but I am way too cheap to spend $1.50 or whatever on even generic notepads. Instead, I keep junk mail, receipts, and other scratch paper until I have enough (it doesn't take long) to staple together for a unique and totally free little notepad.
Who won?
