November Goals

My goals for November

  • Earn $100 online to add to my down payment account.
  • Save $500 to my down payment account from my pay check.
  • Weight = 130 pounds. Lose 5 pounds.
  • Bike 3 times per week
  • Run 4 times a week
  • Start lifting again (2 times a week)

Good luck! Keep in mind that if you're lifting you'll be gaining muscle and that weighs more than fat...so you'll be getting healthier / thinner even if the scale doesn't show it.
